Welcome to the new look of piresonline.com! I’ve now added extra functionality to the site by porting the new design over to the powerful open source WordPress backend. I decided to spend a bit of extra time making my own custom template for the site which should allow me to add more interesting elements in the coming weeks quicker and easier. Stay tuned as things are definitely bound to get a lot more interesting!

Not long to go until I will be going to Japan. This year is going by too fast! It was only the other day I remember looking at flights and hotels but realise now that was the beginning of the year. I’ve decided that the new look of the site is more than 90% built and is in a good state to go live. So here it is! My portfolio is now online! In this area you can see my latest pieces of work covering 3D, Web Design and Traditional art. Currently I have it separated into two sections “3D work” and “Web work”. The 3D section obviously contains all my 3D work and the Web work contains most online and offline work that use web technologies such as HTML/CSS and Flash. Feel free to have a browse through my collection. Comments welcome!

The new look is coming along nicely, and the porting of my standard static html site to the dynamic version here has been fine. I still have more work to do on fine tuning the site and tidying up the styles and so forth but a majority of the sites functions are pretty much here. More cool stuff will follow as I get round to updating the site so keep an eye out!
